Requests for extensions to the 2 month non-activity period must be made in writing and received by Sydney Higher Education Institute via emailing the Institute Registrar on info@sydneyinstitute.org.

Sydney Higher Education Institute may also choose to cancel an enrolment if the training schedule is not maintained as directed by the trainer and no agreement for alteration to the schedule has been reached, or where the candidate does not respond to attempts to be contacted. Sydney Higher Education Institute will make every effort to maintain contact with the participant but does not accept liability in instances where the participant does not respond to attempts to make contact.
